Signed off on the loan papers for the land part of the mortgage today. So if all else fails on this whole project, at least I know we're going to have land, and we'll have it for at least 3 years before we need to do something on it. As much as we're planning on going as soon as it titles, it is kind of nice to have the comfort of knowing that we can delay it a bit if we have to.
We're all set and ready to do the paving for the front entrance...I've just slept in every day this week so we have run out of time to go and get all the pavers and so on. In my defence though, I'm doing night shifts this week, so I'm allowed to sleep in :)
